What Are The Best Ingredients For Hair Care

Fortunately, nature provides us with a number of excellent ingredients that can help us preserve the beauty of our hair. There are some ingredients that not only provide a good care but also maintain the dark color and make it more intense. Some ingredients can successfully cover gray hair (not now of course with a few uses).

Let's see which ingredients are best for dark hair care and how to use them properly.

Coffee

Yes. Believe it or not coffee is one of the ingredients that can help maintain a good dark color of your hair and keep it shiny and soft all the time.

Many of us begin the day with a cup of hot and strong coffee or consume it during a break in the office. Anyway, coffee is a beverage that is usually part of our breakfast or moments of relaxation. But apart from that, it can also be used on the hair in order to make the dark hair more intense and increase its shine.

Coffee gradually darkens hair and also helps produce keratin and reduces hair loss, thanks to its stimulating effect.

Washing the hair with tea

Certain types of teas are excellent for black hair since they make the color shinier.

All you have to do is put two tea bags of your choice in one cup of boiling water for tea and store it until the liquid cools. If desired, add a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. Rinse your hair with this liquid after every wash.

Walnuts
 
Walnut is one of the best ingredients for hair care regardless of whether you consume it internally or externally. Ideally, a combination of both improves the quality of hair, thanks to the large number of minerals such as phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron and vitamins such as B1, B2, B6 and E.
 
Externally, walnut is one of the best ingredients for darkening hair.
 
Take a few nut shells and crush them (the finer the better). Put them in boiling water for a few minutes and then let the liquid cool. Carefully apply the mixture on your hair wearing gloves for one use, because walnut really colors. Cover the hair with a plastic bag and one older towel. Leave it on for about 1 hour and wash nicely with mild shampoo.
 
If you want, you can use the kernel of the nut previously finely chopped and cook it in water for about 5 to 10 minutes. Cover it with a lid and let it cool for a few minutes. When the temperature is good apply it on the hair and let it stay for an hour covered with a bag. Wash with a mild shampoo.
 
These treatments will certainly give dramatic results in darkening the hair immediately but with regular use you will be thrilled with the results and shine of your hair.
